Our Rapid Response

Mary Ann’s Rapid Response service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for patients living within Nuneaton, Bedworth, and North Warwickshire.

A blended team of registered nurses and senior healthcare assistants working in collaboration with South Warwickshire University NHS Foundation Trust.

This call-out service visits patients at home to provide advice on physical symptoms and give medicines, if needed, to ease these problems. We also provide emotional support and work with patients and their loved ones to discuss advance care planning and future wishes.

We provide between 300 and 400 visits a month helping to keep people out of hospital.

Rapid Response patients will be provided with a direct contact number that provides 24-hour dedicated support.
